I wrote my first Moodle guide in 2006, when Moodle was at version 1.6. Now it's up to version 2.x. Moodle E-Learning Course Development has remained the standard introduction for new Moodle teachers and administrators.
The most gratifying reviews of this book come from fellow Moodle users and e-learning professionals. Gavin Henrick, an e-learning consultant based in Dublin, Ireland posted a review on his blog. Miguel Guhlin, Director of Instructional Technology for a large urban district in Texas, also reviewed the book. The book also received favorable reviews on Amazon.com.
This book contains advanced teaching techniques. All of the techniques are based on proven educational principles. My goal was to bridge the gap between educational theory and practice, using Moodle as the tool.
Susan Smith Nash, the "E-Learning Queen" and a Moodle expert, reviewed this book on her blog.
